Always such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere at The Palms! Alex brought life back to my blonde that I nearly ruined at home, it looks better and feels healthier than ever. Alex always chooses the best toner to fit the season while still matching my skin tone perfectly. She refreshed my style and made sure I knew exactly how to keep it styled just right at home. Gracie has gotten my nails back to their best after a less than great experience elsewhere. They look lovely and feel really strong! Her HD brows look so amazing and fit my face perfectly.

I’ve been seeing her for 2.5 years now, and she’s the only person I truly trust with my hair after so many years of searching for a hairdresser who leaves me feeling genuinely happy every time. She nails the colour perfectly, and I always walk out feeling refreshed and confident. The vibe of the salon is another reason I keep coming back—it’s so relaxing, and everyone there is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The whole experience is always a pleasure. I first came to the Palms to have my hair refreshed with blonde highlights for a wedding very last minute after at the time hairdressers had to cancel last minute. The whole team at the Palms were wonderful and made sure I could get in in time. I got so lucky to get Alex as my stylist who is nothing short of wonderful! I have long thick hair and a lot of stylists would see the time to take to make it beautiful as a burden - no Alex. She gets ready for the arm work out and carefully puts in lots of highlights to the beautiful bright blonde I crave and makes sure to not over process or fry my hair! Every single time without fail I have been back since I leave thrilled at how beautiful my hair is, knowing I have received amazing customer service and having had a genuinely wonderful time. Even better, the back of my hair had some bleach damage and Alex took the time to explain how we can protect it and help it get healthy again - and it's working a treat! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Alex and the team at Palms and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. They have curated an impeccable luxury feeling vibe with it still being an incredibly well priced choice. I look forward to many more hair phases, trips, and delicious cappuccinos and catch ups in the future. If I could give more than 5 ⭐s I would!
